REFUND POLICY

At SOLEZuk, we value our customers and want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully.


All sales are considered final unless the item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery with proof of the issue (such as clear photos). Once approved, we will offer a refund or replacement, depending on availability.


Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items show signs of wear, damage caused after delivery, or improper use.


Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.


Non-refundable items include:


  • Sale or discounted items
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Items returned outside the stated time frame



Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
