We currently ship within the UK. International shipping may be introduced in the future — updates will be shared on our website and social platforms.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched:


  • Tracked24 signed: 1-2 business days
  • Tracked48 signed: 2-3 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the delivery method selected. Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.


Tracking & Delivery

Tracking information will be provided where available. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

SOLEZuk is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the issue.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can resolve the issue promptly.
